In 2007, Lebanon United Methodist Church again served dinner. We hope for a repeat in 2008. 2007 Menu: Baked ziti with marinara sauce or meat sauce; salad with vinegrette dressing, Italian bread, and those wonderful home-made desserts! Rest stops will provide water, sports beverage, fruit, and something homemade by the local folks. |

Saturday Lunch at Staunton Rive Battlefield State
Park and/or at Red Hill: A light lunch will be provided, with a vegetarian option, for all riders. The Park will be part of the mapped routes for all Saturday rides, except the metric century. Red Hill and the Park will have lunch available for the metric century riders. Century route includes both the park and Red Hill, and they can eat both places! For the faster riders, who finish by mid-day, there will be food at CMS. (Cost for rest stops and lunch stops included with entry fee.) St Andrews Baptist Church will, we hope, again be providing the meal at the Park. We will have that red-bean-and-rice salad again. We also hope that the Red Hill Foundation Auxiliary will serve, and that they'll have that good salad again! |
