All rest stops will provide water, sports beverage, fruit,
and something homemade by the local folks.
More food and hot coffee and hot tea at CMS after the ride.
 
Saturday Evening Meal  at Central Middle School:
Riders at Madisonville Church
Lebanon United Methodist Church will again 
serve a delicious dinner! 
in 2007, this was the menu:
baked ziti with choice of marinara sauce or meat sauce; 
salad with vinegrette dressing, Italian bread, 
and those wonderful home-made desserts!
  2008 was more of a lasagna-type dish.
for 2009, Lebanon had a hearty soup, salad, home-made desserts.
soup in two choices:  meat and vegetarian
Lots of seconds!  A good ending for those who had been riding in 
damp weather.
 
(Cost for rest stops lunch stops, and dinner
included with entry fee.)


Saturday Lunch:

Lunch for Century and Metric Century
will be served at Red Hill:
A light lunch will be provided, with vegetarian options, for all riders. The Red Hill Foundation Auxiliary will serve at Red Hill Shrine, and that they're planning that wonderful tossed salad again for the riders there!    

For the faster riders, who finish by mid-day, there will be food at CMS.

St Andrews Baptist Church will be the site for lunch for the Railroad Route.  We will have that red-bean-and-rice salad again that you always ask for..
  Friday Dinner:  on your own.

Mimmo's Italian Restaurant in Charlotte Court House
has a good menu selection. 
Sheldon's Restaurant in Keysville, a ride sponsor, provides "home-cooked" meals. ____________________________________

    We are changing our providers for breakfast, to
have something more "home-style":
Lebanon Church will be cooking Full Breakfasts
at Central Middle School:
**Breakfast is $7.50 additional (see registration form).
Home-cooked meal with vegetarian sausage,
scrambled eggs, organic oatmeal, fruit,
cereal, milk, biscuits, coffee, hot tea, sugar, cream.
